Finalized Interior Design Concept
Service Description
For finalizing your interior design concept, we will take a second look over all your final finishes selected, and you will sign for approval on all materials and the finish schedule. Your payment for materials will be provided to De Thomas Designs in full prior to the ordering process. De Thomas Designs will then order materials selected and keep you updated on materials ETA to jobsite and/or coordinate with the contractor for pick-ups if needed. Your contractor will receive a copy of the finish schedule and renderings/elevations to work off of while he will also have a full line of communication with me if any questions arise during the construction process.
Cancellation Policy
Initial Design Consultation fee of $200 is required prior to consultation appointment date and can only be refunded if said client gives 3-days' notice prior to the appointment date. If a 3-day notice is not given, there will be no refund issued. All further design packages offered are non-refundable. Rescheduling requires a 3-day notice prior to appointment date. Large Scope/Full house package is non-refundable.
